Tires good, a bit too much upsell.

My name is Leticia Vasquez and I like taking my car to Tire Kingdom in Davie, FL because they're always very honest and truthful with car matters. The customer service is excellent and the associates/manager posses a great level of knowledge when discussing car issues with them. I'd be taking my car there again for my next oil change. Joshua and the other gentleman were phenomenal.

Tire quality doesnt seem to match the price. They tell you one price but after all the service fees price jumps a couple hundred bucks.

A problem with work done by an employee who is no longer employed, (probably justified), made my order impossible. The management has assured me it will corrected, at their expense, but I always wonder, what about my inconvenience and time. Is that not worth something more than just fixing an issue that was created by business in the first place? I think additional compensation is appropriate in these circumstances. Perhaps a complimentary oil change, wiper blades, something. Peace

All the employees were nice and everything was stress free. I was in and out. Highly recommend.

Tire pressure was not checked, the car left the shop with 28 out of the 33 recommended psi. I knew it was low and I thought it was going to be taken care of there.

Josh knew what he was doing. He provided good advice. My cars balance issue is completely resolved.

Misdiagnosed what was condensation from the a/c to be an oil leak; which prolonged my service for another day.

The service was great and they verified my vehicle expeditiously. They were honest which is a BIG deal when it comes to vehicle repairs. Josh provided great customer service today.

For some reason tire Kingdom did not show my appointment on their website. However, Josh was very accommodating and helpful in this situation, and got my car in regardless for service. Very thankful.

Horrible service brought vehicle in for tire pressure sensor light. They told me I needed an alignment with shocks and struts. 1,300 dollars later with 3 return visits. Car still has the tire pressure sensor light on and car drives worse than before.

The manager has bad customer service skills. His response to my concern what do you want me to do about it. He made a tires plus customer out of me for sure.

The store manager Lloyd was extremely helpful and professional. He had by far the best manager that I have ever dealt with!
