It was ok

The night before this service I got a call that my brother-in-law passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. I had to get to Lake Worth for my sister and family as quickly as possible. As I started my drive, I noticed something was off and the tire pressure gauge was on. I had a nail in my tire at the worst possible time. I drove to my local Tire Kingdom and hoped for availability. I talked to Dave K. He shared they were booked solid and quoted 3 hours. I understood as I’m in the product service industry. Those with appointments take priority, as they should. I shared my situation and asked if possible to squeeze it in since the puncture was in a patchable area. Dave made no promises but said he would try. That was good enough for me. About thirty minutes later Dave approached me and let me know that my car was already started and the manager in duty was actually supporting my car (I didn’t get their name). This was incredible service and I was out in an hour flat. What stood out to me the most is the empathy Dave showed and his desire to help me, and ultimately my sister and her kids. Thank you so much!
