Very pleased with the service provided

We are on vacation from Ohio and our tire low pressure light came on. This store was recommended by our friends who live in the area and use this store. There was a nail in it and it was repaired. We were expecting to wait for awhile but your crew got on it right away and we were out of there in less tha an hour. Han the manager was very helpful and courtious. He was the best. As we were sitting there we could hear Han interact with other customers in the same professional manner. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE! THANK YOU TIRE KINGDOM!

"Made an appointment for 6:30 to get an oil change. Normally like making appointments because I can get in and out very quickly. Arrived to the shop a few minutes before 6:30. Didn't leave until 8. My car sat for over an hour in the parking lot, untouched. None of the employees spoke to me to let me know what was going on or the expected wait. Never again will I come here."

I was satisfied with my service because I was able to schedule my appointment online, Tire Kingdom had my preferred tire, and I was able to get the service done the next day. Worked out great!
