Was a long wait for it to be changed and I had to go back because tires were not there the first time after I did online ordering and making appointment

Larry the mgr. makes sure everything is taken care of the moment I walk through the door. Friendly and kind the perfect Gentle Giant.

I had a scheduled reservation for this service and it still took over 2 hours to complete.

I was having a bad day overall and Robert was very helpful and friendly. And made sure I got my car light fixed even though I walked in unscheduled. Thank you for all of your help and a great experience!

After I got my car back, I discovered greasy/dirty fingerprints smeared on the inside of my car

We've struggled with NTB to fix the brakes om this car. They "serviced" the rear brakes in early Novmeber but ever since I have had to return the car to them for clunking and rattling from the rear of the car that stops when brakes applied. It's still not fixed as of Dec 9, 2019

Everyone was friendly, loved the online booking and late appointment options, mid week discounts. Service was fast and efficient.

NTB provided poor service. A 90 minute service last 7 hours. The shop closed and we arranged to pick up the next morning. On arrival the shop was closed an hour past its scheduled open. A manager showed up about an hour later to announce everyone in the shop had quit.

great experience overall, staff was friendly and informative and wait was not very long which was nice. will definitely be returning again for other services

"My appointment was for 12pm. I brought my car in a little early - I was probably there at 11:40am. At 1pm, my car has still not been taken back. I'm not sure what happened or why my appointment was forgotten, but I almost left without having my oil changed. The manager (who is actually pretty good - I interacted with him quite a bit at the Brook Run Merchants before he moved to this one) asked me if I could wait another 15 minutes and they would have it done. I said yes, I could do 15 minutes. Sure enough, it was done within the time that he gave me... I just wish they would have been that proactive from the beginning."
