Oil change was ok....front desk & mgr were not! Have been using standard wgt oil for over 6 yrs and they kept insisting they had to use a premium grade ...at a much higher price!. After they cked THEIR records & found that to be true, they agreed to use the same that they had used previously. Then tried to charge more than the price I was given on the internet ($28 vs 23) AND did not rotate tires per service agreement. Have used this service for over 30 years, but WILL NOT RETURN!!!!

Customer service was phenomenal! Larry cashed me out after my service and was very kind at the register. The interaction with the other two workers I encountered at the time of drop off were very accommodating and polite as well.
