Customer service was excellent, friendly staff, good communication, and speedy & high quality repairs. Lounge/Waiting area for a auto shop extremely clean and well taken care of.

I am a regular at this location (Military Highway) and have always gotten excellent service.

This was our first time here and the service was great they had our car and in a timely manner not to mention the price was the best by far, and we will be back the service our other car soon.

Straight forward and to the business. Everything is explained perfectly and nothing is sugar coated. They tell you the problems if any is visible that needs serious attention.

The manager Eric Pratt is friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I am always happy to see him when I visit the location.

NTB is easy to work with. However, I asked for an oil change and they did not place an oil change sticker in my car window or reset my alert for an oil change. Makes me wonder if it was really done.

It took a little longer than expected and their prices have gone up since they changed from Merchants to NTB. I used to pay 24 for an oil change, I paid 29 for a conventional oil change. But it's still not bad when the dealer wanted 45

Whatever the service is required for my car it’s always done in a reasonable time, and the prices are fair. And the associate communicate and interact with customers.
