NTB-National Tire & Battery

My appointment was at 10:00 am. At 10:35, my vehicle was still in the parking lot and no one had said anything to me. I had another appointment that morning. After I brought it to their attention, they were able to fit my car in and get it out, but it should not have taken so long without an apology.

Took car in to get brakes checked. Brake job had been done in November. Brakes still have dragging sound, just like before brake job. No receipt to show.

Had to weight for the tech to arrive for my 8am appointment. They should be on time. NTB needs to hire more techs.

Took car back for alignment check because previous alignment done here failed precision alignment check at Audi dealership. NTB (formerly Merchant's) said they tweaked the alignment, but when I went back to my Audi dealership for a re-check, I was told that NTB had made the problem worse. Bottom line - I wasted $125 on a poor alignment job at NTB.

Great customer service an a experienced team of professionals.

My air conditioner still doe not work after spending $163. They said there was no leak. It worked fine for 2 days and now it does not work.

The staff is great, the work was great and they’re honest about what you need and what you don’t need. Another place told me I needed something and NTB said that wasn’t right and told me exactly what I needed at a fair price.
