The technician and sales associate were friendly and they took the time to answer my questions..

Thought they would have told me when I had the oil changed that I needed an alignment before they brought the car back as finished. Could have killed two birds with one stone.

Mileage entered incorrectly; have less than 35,000 miles but entered over 39,000. Says battery was checked but yet battery died later the same day.

I had an appointment but car wasn't taken in for over an hour after the appointment time.

Everything was great

I had to leave my vehicle for the tire to be ordered, which was understandable since it was on a Sunday afternoon. I was good with that. They are very professional. Only thing I didn't like was I asked them to check and adjust all the tires pressure and that wasn't done. I was told to drive the vehicle for them to "reset" well they still need air in the other 3 tires. I haven't had time to go back to have it done.

The manager at this location is wonderful. Pleasant easy process each time.

Great service always very informative. Niki the front desk rep is always helpful and insightful. I don’t know the name of the mechanic that was on site today but I did an oil change on 3/12 he was great and helped alot
