My daughter was driving on I-95 up to DC and experiencin vibrations at high speeds. She had just had the car inspected at Merchant's in Williamsburg and had 2 new tires installed. I knew she was close to the Merchant's at Central Park, so I called ahead. The manager said that he would squeeze her in & balance the 2 older tires. She pulled in 10 minutes later, they took her keys, invited her to get a cup of coffee and she was back on the road in 1/2 hour. I couldn't be more grateful!!

Did not have an appointment and the tires I wanted were not at this location. The time to mount and balance new tires was sooner than expected and the tires I did want were picked up from a nearby NTB sooner than expected. John was excellent at managing my unexpected repairs, and calmly addressing my concerns.
