Good customer service, everything went smoothly. However when I got home I noticed that my tires had not been rotated (it is included in the oil change and should have been done).

I woke up to a flat tire. I knew I was soon due for a new set of tires anyway so without an appointment I went into our local NTB. Leslie Gorruso helped me pick out my new tires and informed me of several specials that helped lower my price. I had my new tires on my car in a few short hours. Very easy and hassle free experience. I will definitely be back.
