My visit was scheduled. Checkin was easy and although it was communicated to me that they were 30mins behind schedule I was impacted at all and had my vehicle back in about 40mins. The only issue I have is when you check in they ask for wheel locks key with the car keys. And both times I've visited NTB the didnt return my wheel lock key back to me with my car keys. And it wasn't in my vehicle. I had to ask for it back. They should have a system to return the wheel lock key with the car keys the same way it came it.

I had a lot of questions, and I got good answers, and they had a lot of patience, very kind and welcoming. Explain things in a way that I understood. Answered all my questions at a time with you for a price they treated me very good. I was very happy and will return and see others, Robert is great. He’s the one who helped me with everything

Store needs to be cleaner and on the websites the hours for scheduling an appointment needs to be changed, I signed up for a 6 pm appointment and I was told you close at 6 pm during the winter, had I not called I would have shown up to a close store. The staff was great and so was the service
