NTB is my first choice when it comes to the care of my car. Heather and Tim are super friendly, very knowledgeable and always there to help either with answering questions or getting my car back safely on the road. Always great customer service 👍

Had heard of how well this Merchant Tire and Auto treated their customers and thought I'd try them out. I arrived at my appointment fifteen minutes early and they processed me in within ten minutes and told me it would be about an hour and half because how many customers they had. They were finished at about ten minutes earlier than promised and were very reasonable with the charge. Will be back and recommend them to others.
