Tire work was fine. Wait time was not. Called before I went to see if they were on time but told to wait another half hour before coming. Even with that they took me 45 minutes after the new time. Will only get future appointments first thing in the day.

Why is it that no one can check tire air pressure accurately. The tires are supposed to be 33 pounds in each tire. How hard is that? What were they when I checked? 32, 34, 34 and 36!

Very friendly Manager, used my price/type/tire, in the shop, immediatly work, and noted another maintenance needed me to do. Fast, done well and from the tech. also.

NTB has always taken care of the service I asked for and hasn't pressured me with up-charges. It's easy to make an appointment and I'm usually in and out in a reasonable time.

Clean and friendly. Found a safety fault & addresses it, so my truck could pass inspection. 5h of work, but was done in 4h. More than I had hoped to spend, but when parts break, they need fixed & safety is key.

The customer service was amazing. I’m a first time driver so they explained everything to me and answered my questions. They were very friendly and created a very comfortable and memorable customer experience overall!
