Did not have an appointment for a new battery. They were busy that day and scheduled me for the next day. I dropped the car off. A few hours later, they called and quoted the price. Another hour later, the car was ready. Great people, great service, great price.

Manager Ivee Hassan was very friendly and kind to customer. When I walked in, he was cleaning the store. To keep the store clean was really a curtesy to all customers. Technician Abdul was kind, hard working and experienced. I felt confident and comfortable to leave my car in his hands.

The store manager, Ivee, made sure to provide me fantastic service. He even came in on his day off to open the store that day so he had to jump right in unexpectedly, and still made sure to be very pleasant. My lug nuts had swelled over time and became a challenge for the service tech, and he handled it very well bringing in some additional tools to deal with them. Ivee ordered me a new matching set to replace them all. I rolled out successfully.
