My flat tire was nail free within three hours of me dropping it off on memorial weekend. When I presented my veterans I D he told me there would be no charge. Thank you for showing me that your company cares.

They were able to diagnose my car for free, informed me of the part that needs to be replaced, and gave me a hard copy of everything. And this location was able get me in the same day. Meanwhile, dealership made wait 4 hours to tell me the same thing, charged me an exuberant amount for the diagnosis, and did not send me the part number or recommendations that are required. I only went to the dealership just to ask if the warranty that was left for my car covered the broken part, which turn out it does not. The dealership wasted my time and had the gall to charge me for it, whereas the NTB did not.

service was done on time they pointed out some items they thought should be looked at and provided estimates for the services. Did not pressure for the suggested additional serviceswould use them again

I got there and the person who checked me in (Ivee Hassan) was really nice and made the process quick and easy. I just sat in the waiting room for a little less than an hour for my oil change.
