We had an appointment and our car wasnt beginning to be worked on 45 minutes later. I had to inquire if it was going to be worked on. I will not be using this establishment again.

I came in for an inspection and the staff were extremely… professional/knowledgeable/friendly/helpful and insightful. I will be strongly recommending them to anyone who has questions about their vehicle. Further more the staff could not have been any better at each and everyone of their jobs. Probably the best interaction I’ve ever had while having my car serviced. Overall experience with employees and satisfaction of job completed…. 12/10

Mike the manager has anger management issues. Went in after my 73 year old father was basically robbed by them employing a sales tactic called scrubbing. It entails scrubbing the original initial invoice of the charges anticipated and replacing with higher tiered services, i.e. your car takes a battery costing $99.99 and replacing the pricing but not the product by switching billing codes. So I went in to correct the matter and mike the manager went into defensive mode immediately after he realized I was there to call his criminal activity out. After violating my personal space by placing his finger dangerously close to my face and mocked my inquiry, I quickly informed him that if his finger came anywhere close again I was gonna keep it. He threatened to call police which I urged him to do, he didnt even dial the number 9. His assistant jumped in from another room hidden by a wall but i could see her reflection on the opposite wall which held a sign covered in glass which acted as a mirror (lol). His attitude changed with haste when I told him the whole interaction was being recorded and would be posted on social media within seconds and that I had corporates number and had no problem calling them as well as the BBB, FTC and the CFPB. He made his way around the counter and wanted to shake hands and apologize. SMH. Ten minutes later the invoice was corrected and he received his inspection stickers which they were holding in an attempt to keep him coming back for further services that were not needed. I advised my father to tear up their card and to never ever even drive pass that crooked establishment. NATIONAL TIRE AND BATTERY/TIRE KINGDOM.

Good price on tires.

Only went back because my tires were under warranty with this place. They put the brakes on incorrectly THREE TIMES! And I was charged for it. Do not go here.

Kayla Torres working the front desk is absolutely wonderful at what she does. I had some serious work done to my high performance sports car that took 2.5 hours, and I was able to hear how she handled every customer and task either by phone or in person. She is amazing! She knows her stuff, and her customer interaction is the best I've seen in a long time! I'm a retired Navy veteran and I can tell you she's top of the line. I don't say this for anyone, but she's the best! Tim, the technician was the only person in town who could install my new tires on rims that I brought in that needed special attention. He did it! And I had a list of demands for him, and he complied with everything top to bottom. For example, when I told him I wanted to keep my original lug nuts, he placed them in the center hub of the old tires with the caps over them, rather than just giving them to me in a baggie. I wanted my old tires and rims back, and he placed them into bags to protect my car. This guy, and this team is exceptional in a world of lousy car businesses. Good job!

I called for oil change and was able to schedule sameday within hour of calling. This was great service especially with it being a holiday weekend.

Always fast and courteous. We will continue to come back with all of our vehicles here.

My problem was unique. I called and visited several tire places in the immediate area and none of them were willing and/or able to help. From the moment I walked into the store Zach and Nate were friendly, patient and very helpful. They immediately started helping me and were able to get me back on the road within an hour of my arrival.

Excellent staff- explained what needed to be done and the work was finished in a timely manner.

I've been coming to this store for years now. Everyone there is always super friendly! Timing is always good and prices are fair!

I got an appointment the same day. I arrived early but they still took me and took care of the problem with my tire. They fixed it in a timely manner. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
