Scheduling was easy. The staff were friendly and showed me what the new oil filter looked like before changing. The waiting area and restroom were clean. The wait time was not long at all.

Refused to rotate tires because they claimed tires are dry rotted.This is the 2nd time in a row that they did not rotate tires,....and its supposed to be included in the service.
