NTB-National Tire & Battery

I went there to have a tire checked for a slow leak. I was told I needed a new rim and they would look around to locate one. They put air in my tire and never called me back. I never had my battery checked or serviced by them.

I was able to come in drop my truck off and get it back in a timely manner. Associates on site were also helpful.

I scheduled an appointment for tires. Service representative was ready for me and immediately took care of my business. Overall friendly and courteous service.

Pretty sure the shop didn't even do the alignment despite paying for it. Would not recommend this particular location.

The staff there did a full review of my vehicle and found out exactly what I needed to do and suggested I go to a specialist to get the best result which is very much appreciated.

They are very fast

Service was prompt and friendly. NTB associate explained the services to me and asked questions/provided information as needed, including a suggested timeline for future maintenance. My car and I were taken great care of.

That Jimmy and Matt still remembered that I am germophobic so Jimmy puts my car keys in a paper towel and Matt puts on gloves! Nobody anywhere else would do that! Plus my car was serviced in a very short time frame even though there were several cars already there.

Robert & Jimmy were great. All went as expected. Zero complaints. Good price.
