NTB-National Tire & Battery

Iniitally took vehicle into Merchants on route 212 in MD for routine tire rotation and car begun ridding funny afterwards - shaking/vibration. Went to another Merchant in Greenbelt, MD to have them re-calibrate my tires and was told I needed new Struts & Shocks front & rear becuz my tires were cupping. I took my car to Pat Goss Garage for a 2nd opinion and no cupping was found none of my tires. Shame on you Merchant trying play me becuz of my gender...female patrons beware!

This was my first time at this location. I was greeted by Felicia Williams with a smile. She's very friendly, polite and kind. In filing out this survey, I noticed I was there for an hour but it didn't feel like it. Felicia was very engaging with all the customers that came in. The location was modern, VERY clean and smiled amazing. During my check out I worked with Christopher Porter, and although it was brief, he too was very friendly. I've been to several NTB locations and this is one is my favorite. I will be coming back.

Purchased 4 new tires in 2014. Had nail in 1 tire & took to Merchant 2 b repaired & was told all tires were dry-rotted. WTF!! Warranty paid 29% towards new set purchased on 11/17/16. Took car back on 11/19 bcuz I felt & heard vibration while driving. The technician took my car for test drive & determined nothing was wrong. A 2nd test drive with the store mananger & problem solved. A fidgety steering wheel; they had to re-balancing the front tires. I should've made them do the rear over 2.

I was treated very well, and keep informed of what was happening at all times.

Well considering I do not own a 2014 RAV4 nor have I ever been to a Merchants, not sure how to rate your service

I have been a NTB person for at least 25 years. I take my car to you all because I trust your service and the technician today was very professional and gave me the answers to all my questions and I was very happy as always. Thank you again.

I was informed of everything that was happening and the employees were helpful, and gave me good advice of what to do.

Kept informed while waiting. Felecia and her new service consultant were friendly and very detail on the service and time to completion.
