Felicia was so kind and helpful when I called last minute with a flat tire. She assured my car would be serviced the same day! I also needed new brake pads. She was honest about only needing 2 instead of 4, and kept me up to date with all the repairs needed.

Great facility and waiting experience during my recent service. I was disappointed my car wasn't washed. May seem petty, but I've grown accustomed to this as a nice feature of having service done at a dealership. I missed it here, and was slightly disappointing.

I was told my vehicle would be ready at 12:30 p.m. I was there at 10:20 a.m. my vehicle set to 1245 before they started working on it There was no reason for me to sit that nom before you started working on my vehicle
