Michael was awesome. I was on vacation in Orlando and had a flat tire on the morning we were to return home. Michael was able to get me in and replace all four tires. ❤️

They attempted to charge me over $900 for bogus repairs that a different shop confirmed werent needed. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place.

My alignment was not correct

Everything is done perfectly

Did not actually align tires, did not check battery system (battery died a week later), slow and unhelpful.

Because when I went to other places for this emergency, they didn't even want a conversation while their garage was empty. Here, they talked with me and advised me of potential wait times. When I showed them that I only needed the tire repaired and that I had my spare, we meshed well and they even put air in the spare to make it last longer. This team even got it fixed before the next day, which made life so much better for me.

They are motorheads like me. Not just sales associates. They even offered to realign after rear tires even though it slipped my mind when I created the appointment! I even overheard one expaining a litany of issues to a lady who was clearly overwhelmed. He took his time, helped her understand that everything didnt have to be fixed at once and listed her options from most critical to least allowing her options of managing her money whist keeping her safe. Well done!!

My new favorite location. Brought my car here for a 'second opinion' after a not so great experience at another location (not a Tire Kingdom). They explained everything and put me at ease with recommended next steps.

I've used this Tire Kingdom for the past 9 years for our vehicles. The team has always taken good care of us and I will continue to use them in the future. Scheduling an appointment is a MUST DO. They are popular for a reason, and walking in and expecting immediate service is an unreal expectation.
