I was caught in a pinch and needed a tire patched. Even though I showed up in the late afternoon everyone on staff made a great effort to help. Jason Boulanger was my main point of contact and provided some of the best customer service I've come across in the auto-repair industry and was clearly very knowledgeable. I will be sure to return and recommend!

Very Busy Location but everyone was friendly and willing to help. Just had 2 tires replaced and left it over night and it was ready first thing the next day. Would use them again.

Michael helped me with my tires as he always does. Wonderful gentlemen and employee.

Car always comes out with some damage either on wheels or body same thing has happened to our other cars we bring 4 cars for service there same story also some guys there are great but a few are very rude.no customer service experience if you don't like people find a other job.also every time you go for service they always find extra problems with your car .then when we get a 2nd opinion its unfounded. Again the mechanics are good but to many shady things go on there

Took two hours with an appointment, for an oil change, but it is what it is.

They completed my service on time and quickly. Emailed me my estimate and was able to pay online after the service was done.

Poor service, very bad service, long service, did not spin the tires and did service as reported. Not going back there anymore.

Service team cares

Oil was changed and tires checked as expected. However, several scratches on the front bumper and grill. Tire Kingdom said they were a result of dragging hoses across the front of my truck. They could not get all of them out. I spent a couple of hours on Saturday getting the balance off with polish and scratch remover. If they know the hoses car tear up the front end of a car, why not put pads on both the front and front side panels?

Pleasant staff,unexpected tire issue repaired adequately and somewhat quickly. Will return when time to purchase 4 new tires again.

3.5 hours for an oil change.

I called with an emergency tire issue. Christian immediately put my me at ease with his kind words and told me to come in to the shop. I live out of town and was expecting a long wait to be seen. He looked at my tire, we discussed the need for a new one and right away he checked his inventory. We chose to order 4 new tires, and left my vehicle overnight. By noon today, I had 4 new tires, an alignment and was on my way back to Cape Coral. Christian is an asset to Tire Kingdom. As a fleet account holder, I have visited many stores. His professional manner and knowledge puts him at the top of our list!

Mechanic broke a cooling system y pipe. And refused to pay for it

I spoke to service rep Jason on the phone to schedule an appointment and was greeted by Christian. Both were very helpful, courteous & professional. Manager Mike Medina checked in to greet me and say hello. I’ve been coming to this location for years because of the great service I receive every time I walk through the door. Thank you, Tire Kingdom 6956 !!

TPS warning light was not reset. It was in the list of services provided & specifically requested when it was dropped off.

When I arrived I was greeted and asked why I was here. Everything was quick and easy in terms of setting up the work order and I can say that I will definitely return to this tire kingdom as I received nothing short of excellent service.
