came in for an basic cheep oil change the service writer Art est 2 hour SLA on a sat high noon. about 45 min later car was ready. the sun was also beating down the guys must have been working hard. good looks the ASE guys recommended a tune up which I was suspecting anyways along with the rest of my to do list. nothing was missing from the car no sawdust in the engine so they have a really hard working honest crew. good job.

The staff were attentive and communicative. When I asked about a tire that would not suit my needs, they helpfully explained why I should go with another option. The time frame was clearly stated (2-4hrs) since I did not have an appointment. It was disappointing that it did take 4 hours, but I cannot complain since I was fully warned. Next time, when not in a time crunch, I will be sure to schedule an appointment. Thank you.

Raimund Gruner and his crew took very good care of my truck. Raimund went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, Raimund also kept me informed on what was going on with my truck. I would definitely recommend this store. JM

This tire kingdom has always been great for us, we were double booked as were all of the other afternoon reservations but they got us in and out in a timely manner.

I a m a long time customer, over 10 years. I like their efficiency and their honesty. They never add services unless absolutely necessary. And on the big jobs they will tell you if you can wait or if it should be done for your safety. Tennyson was a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed and the service went smoothly.
