Good Customer Service done in timely manner

I have been a customer of Tire Kingdom for several years. Overall the service has been great. The store Customer Service Specialist and Store Manager have been very customer oriented and answer all questions. I definitely have developed a comfort feeling with this store that I will not be taken advantage of I have only had a couple of issues over past couple of years. These issues were acknowledged and professionally resolved. I recommend Tire Kingdom to all my retired friends in our community. Thank you. You have a happ customer.

Very impressed with the confidence of diagnostic relating to a bad starter. Replaced all is well. It was expensive but worth it.

Vehicle in for nonfunctioning windshield washer. Initially advised lines were clogged and technician cleared. Washer tested next day and again not working. Took vehicle back and technician determined pump needed to be replaced. Pump now replaced and washer working satisfactorily. Took two visits.
