Simple pick and choose format for services. Very retail friendly with spacious waiting room. Having water available would have been nice. Overall, great experience.

I had an appointment for a State inspection and they got me in and out in a half hour.

I've used this location for many things and the staff is always courteous, informative, and professional. I also feel they are very honest.

I needed to get my car inspected which is difficult to do during the week because I work 9 am to 7 pm with only a half hour for lunch. I called NTB this morning and spoke with Tim to see if it could be done today and he said yes and asked if I would like to schedule an appointment. I said yes and he said how's 12:00. I said perfect. I arrive around 11:45, waited a couple minutes for Tim to handle a customer before me and then I checked in and went to wait in the further waiting area. My car was ready in less than an hour. Tim was great. Let me know right away that my car was ready. The waiting area was clean with comfortable chairs that looked new. No tears or stains etc.

Had a little wait but overall service was great.

Staff is great

Scheduled an oil change, tire rotation/balance and a NC State inspection. In and out in less than an hour. Very pleased with that! Darren and his crew always do a great job for me!

Employees are very helpful & pleasant. Work is always done in a reasonable amount of time.

Took in to get annual inspection - required in NCWhile there also had them check my alignment and if ready for tire rotation - all good. In and out quickly. Just charged the $30 fee for inspection.

I was able to go to the website and find tires and schedule an appointment for the next day. This was done late at night after I came home from work. So happy with this.

When I first stopped they said it would be hour, so I set up and appointment and when I returned they took my truck right in and the service fast and they were professional.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Prices were very reasonable. I will be back.
