The guys that work here are very knowledgeable respectful mature and did a very good job pays attention to detail very good dudes.

No pressure sales. I bought a used car from someone I didn't know. I wasn't totally sure what I was getting into, thinking, tires, brakes, fluid flush, and only Lord knows what else. NTB did a full inspection on the car and could've try to gouge me on maintenance. However, new tires and alignment was the only thing it needed!! Great news for me and great service from them. Thank you NTB!

Service was easy to schedule. I was greeted when I came in. My wait was minimal. All questions were answered fully. I will return there when other services are necessary.

I showed up before my scheduled time but they needed a full 1 hr and 15 minutes for an oil change. They also tried to upsell me on replacing 2 new tires when they just evaluated all 4 tires 60 days ago when I bought 2 new ones from them.

Was due for tires to be rotated, but needed a plug in one.

Seth was a huge help, very helpful and informative explained everything to me and was extremely Efficient
