Seth absolutely took care of me! I came worried & distraught over my tire pressure only sitting at 10psi. I was so scared to drive & I came when there were no available appointments. After seeing how low my tire was; Seth immediately filled my tire & patched it. No more tire pressure issues. I am so grateful for the service, especially with me not having an appointment scheduled!

The individual at the desk was very helpful with scheduling and giving me information on my new tire and oil change. I saw him 2 times in 1 week and he was always helpful.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They fixed the punctured tire in very little time, helping me to be in and out quickly and did so for free! Fantastic service and I will definitely be back again!

Great service, bearings were making noise and they replaced both front bearings for a very reasonable price. I have used this NTB store for over 20 years and have always been treated well.

The 2 people who were working today did their best to complete all checking and check outs to the best if their ability. They need a counter person so they don’t have to stop work to do this job. Even stressed they did an excellent job of maintaining their professional presence.

I would have to say the person at the counter was very helpful putting my key back on my ring. Not only is the service good. I feel the team help you all the way until you leave the store. Helpful.
