Tire Kingdom

WE have taken our van in 9 times over the past year to have the Brakes done.They have replaced Caliper's, pads, rotor's ect.Brakes are still not right.Usually gets blamed on bad parts but I would like to be able to drive my car and trust that the job was done right.

Courtesy efficient honest

Lucas was helpful, even before I arrived at the service center. I called with an unexpected/emergency issue with one of the tires on my tractor. Dirt and grass worked its way into the area where the edge of the tire meets the edge of the rim. The tire was no longer holding air and I was in the middle of a big project. I needed to have the tire removed from the rim, everything cleaned, and then reinstall the tire. I mentioned this was a tractor tire at the beginning of my phone conversation with Lucas, BUT I. mentioned so many other details, I think he didn't catch this one. But that was a good thing! When I arrived at the service center he was surprised and said they don't normally work on tractor tires. If he realized during the phone call that this was a tractor tire, he may have said not to bring it in. But, because I was there and saw that I was stressing and having a bad day, he took the tire, completed the work and returned a perfectly sealed tire back to me. I was able to complete my project and make my wife happy. Because of Lucas' attitude and willingness to help a brother in need, he gained my business in the future for automotive services and tire replacements.

Jeremy went above and beyond by driving quite a ways just to ensure I received the tire I selected. I appreciate those who go above and beyond, and today, Jeremy did.

Check-in was smooth, easy & quick! It didn't take as long as I thought it would! I was able to schedule online for same day service. Worked out perfect for me since I was coming Deland from Astor to do my weekly shopping! Gteatly appreciated that convenience!
