Great service, earlier than promised; unfortunately when it was ready they left the message on the wrong number (minor inconvenience)

Needed new tires due to a blowout and had to get one new tpms. They got the tires I wanted next day. Also I told them I have had a few shops try to program tpms but it seemed as though the module was bad so to not worry about it. They decide to mess with us and got it working. No more light and message in my dash. 3 other shops including ford could not get this.

I was stranded with a flat tire and they was going to take 3 hours to put on the new tires. They had nobody that could run me 2 miles to my house so I had to get an Uber. Their prices were about $200 higher than what I would have paid if I had not been stranded. The people were nice and they were knowledgeable. The new tires are a very good product so far.

Always friendly and honest, great customer service always. The only location I go to for both of my vehicles.

Good price but guy that installed new tire hit my mirror pulling out of garage. Left red paint mark on mirror. Also forgot to put new cap on stem.

Was charged $80 for a $35 part. Didn't feel like I got a good value for the service

Told the Mgr this is my beater car with 116,000 miles and he says it needs $650 worth of work. I got news for him, it needs a lot more than that. He gives me an est. for rear shocks $240 installed for the life of the car. That just might be 10-20K miles from now. Shock est. elsewhere $129 both installed. Adios I have heard nightmare stories about Midas, especially when women bring a car in be themselves. Nuff said!

Was there for 2 hours with an appointment to have oil changed, tires rotated and alignment check. Never got to tr alignment check after 2 hours I had an appointment I had to leave for.

Tire pressure was low on all tires after service

The original price quote for mounting and balancing tires from Tire Rack was $7 higher than shown on Tire Racks web site. After I pointed this out, the service manager reduced the price to $4 dollars cheaper than Tire Racks price! $11 bucks less with an apology! I'll definitely be back to this store. They also service Tesla's now. First Tire store in my area to do so. That's definitely going to bring them business once the word gets out.

Was there from 1:00 pm to 5 pm to start with. After leaving my alignment still was off.

Service people were knowledgeable and up front with pricing and work needed

Took my car back for the 10th time after getting a complete brake ,caliper etc job done. Bad parts were blamed multiple times also everything else that could be blamed. Now they are blaming my tires which they also installed but are out of warranty.It is NOT the tires.They are not doing good business practices.

Very kind, helpful, and understanding in time of need. They offered extra services for advice.
