It was a pleasure when the employees talk to you as you were a special person to them. I went to two other tire companies because I thought it could be more damage to the tire to keep driving it. One told me 2 hours wait and one tire company said he couldn’t do it even though on the wall it said Flat Repair 39.00. However your store was unbelievable as usual. Fixed my flat while I had a great cup of coffee in a very clean waiting area and I enjoyed listening to phone calls and loving answers your people were giving. What a Team !! I had a flat tire and called Tire Kingdom as that is where the original tires were purchased. It was confirmed that I could be taken in as a walk in and that there was a matching tire in stock. When I arrived at the location, there was a bit of confusion as to whom I called, but was assured that, if told that I would be fit into the schedule as a walk-in, it would certainly be honored. Well, it seems that when I clicked on the phone icon in google, it had called another location in town! It was taken care of at the North Woodland Drive location, as I had hoped and the repair was made. I am very happy with the customer care and value I received at Tire Kingdom

Professional staff and the ability to make an appointment. I also was on a schedule and told the person who checked me in that I had to be out in 45 minutes to meet a plumber at my house. I was done in 30 and actually spent another 15 minutes watching the end of a movie (the Rock, with Sean Connery). Great experience.

The Tire Kingdom staff was courteous and informative. I bought new tires from another TK location in November and had my tires rotated, including my spare for free. They followed my specific instructions to rotate the tires to include the spare tire to the drivers front. The vehicle was done in the time they had stated. Thanks :-)

The tires I had selected in my appointment were unavailable at this location. The manager explained that he had a similarly priced option, that he was willing to discount to match the price of the tire I had initially selected. The savings weren’t steep, but appreciated nonetheless.

Team at Midas is always so friendly and great to work with. They quickly checked all my tires due to leaking in one of them, had to change a valve stem in that one and sanded down the rims for a better seal.

Always helpful. Gets done in about an hour at most. Never experience any problems when I bring my car here. Good customer service.
