Got my car up before my appointment time which is great. The mechanics both were kind and honest. Even let me take a look under my vehicle at some things I was wondering about.

When rotating my tires, they obviously laid my rims down on the pavement and there was damage to the rim. I also purchased 2 new tires and they were filthy with shop debris on the tires and rims. When I took it back to show the associate, they tried to satisfy me. They sprayed some kind of cleaner on the rims that took off the clear coat.

They replaced both front rotors when I went in to exchange brake pads so a slight increase in price to say the least. The brakes started locking locking up the next day and it made a horrible sound.

We had a tire with a leak. We had to drive over 600 miles home that day. Manager Jeremy was very kind, understanding and knowledgeable

Did not fix the problem even though the manager said the mechanic took the car for a drive and it was fine. The brakes are still making a grudging/grinding noise after two operations within two weeks Not happy at all! Going to return again tomorrow for them to fix it and they will probably say it is something else expensive. They have already replaced both front rotors and this return they said they just tightened the calipers.

Terrible! Needed a simple plug and they found another leek in a second tire. Then they tell me one is to close to the edge. The other they tell my they cant because there was a plug 6 inches away and was to close. This took 1:30 min. To not fix. The next day I got them both plugged in 13 min. And cost me 16 bucks. Never will I ever go back!!!! Oh and tried to sell me tires they didnt even have. Whats up with that? Idiots and rip offs.

They took care of me and I don’t feel I was taking advantage of! That’s big these days!
