The staff is very unresponsive

I had a blown tire Friday, late afternoon. It took a while for me to get to Tire Kingdom, on Lee Blvd. But the staff waited for me, got the blown tire changed out quickly, and had me on my way back to my truck on the side of the road. Big thanks to Jessica and Doug. Thank you, Greg Shields

The tire kingdom prices are very high had to take elsewhere to fix for 1/3 the cost

I made a appointment on line ,but I guess my account is still linked to Miami Gardens,fl. As I'm living in Ft.Myers now it didn't link to the store up here. So as I went to the store on Lehigh Acres,the manager informed me I didn't have a appointment with them, called another store on Lee blvd to check for me and didn't have one there either. So she told,she has a long line of customers,but would take me and it would be a little wait.

Appt. Was at 4pm didnt get checked in till 430 and finished at 610pm

4 tires bought and installed on my daughter's car

my car was leaking oil, they replaced the part but i asked them if the price that i paid include clean the area and i was told yes, but they did not do it , i was expecting better quality of the job.

Nancy and her staff were very professional and my order was completed on time. Jessica and Thomas also helped me. Very satisfied

Horrible! I went to these people because I had a flat and my tire was allegedly covered. Worse service imaginable. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Took more then 3 hours to re balance a new tire the didn't properly balanced when they were installed.

my date was scheduled for rotation and alignment but when I talked to the workshop employees they didn't have mechanic in the store to make the car alignment 👎🏼

30 minute oil change took more then 90 minutes. They forgot about me....and no apologies were given to me.

The lady who checked me in was incredibly friendly and helpful. She told me how long the wait would be and had me out before that was even up.

We had 2 vehicles get a screw and needed them repaired asap. Tab was professional & friendly. So helpful with our unexpected situation. Even with them being busy he took care of us quick & made the process easy & smooth.

Service on time and weiting time was ok
