Jessica was wonderful very knowledgeable helped explain everything on the warranty and the mechanic Tyrel even explained the difference to me about the rotor and the wheel bearing. Tyrell was super nice and super patient with me great customer service for both of them. What I do recommend tire Kingdom in Lehigh Acres better believe I'm going to say you need to speak with Jessica and hopefully Tyrell will be your mechanic. The last time we came in here about our warranty we were not helped with the gentleman at the counter not sure what his name was. When I told Jessica about this she apologized on his behalf. Jessica also gave me a quote printed out for two different brake pad and rotor options. Thank you so much Jessica and Tyrel you guys are awesome!
