The customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure to up service more then I needed or asked for . It did take 2 hrs for 4 tires to be mounted and balanced. I understand that they are short staffed. So patience is a virtue . I have another appointment for a different vehicle tomorrow. Hopefully I will have a Joe as my service check-in . He was wonderful . Office was clean and so was the restroom. No problem with dirt of any kind any my car which is a bonus. The car drives and rides smooth . No issues with steering or pulling. Thank you for the wonderful service. The only thing I would say that could be better is how long it takes to get 4 tires mounted and balanced. I sat outside most of the time the car was being serviced . The young man spent more time chase a rooster and a squirrel out of the shop then he spent on the car.

I felt the staff was very friendly and professional. The staff seemed knowledgable about the products and how the products would perform in this area. The alignment tech took time to explain the adjustments he needed to make. And I was finished before the estimated time for completion. While only time will tell how well these tires hold up, online reviews were positive. I was impressed by the noise level of the new tires at 60 MPH. But most important, the staff treated me very well and I do appreciate that.

I had an 11 o’clock appointment for tires to be balanced and rotated upon arrival there was no one in the Office three customers ahead of me after waiting a Approximately 15 minutes a person to come back in the office dealt with the other customers and then me he told me they was running two hours behind I needed to have it done so I waited while in the waiting room I thought to have a cabin filter replaced they said no problem attempted to replace the cabin filter after about 20 minutes said they were unable to replace it put it back together If they’re running two hours behind at 11 o’clock in the morning a phone call would’ve save me time sitting around the shop

The staff was increadible nice. Easy drop off and pick up. Highly satisfied.

My mechanic was very precise and how he looked over my vehicle and explained everything he found, and took his time with detail. I definitely will request him every time I go there. He is very amazing.
