The service was really good. The staff was really helpful. The mechanic did the full check-up and notified me that my tires needed balancing and explained the procedure and cost. I decided to go for it and the driving experience is now much better.

The staff was very kind and made me feel comfortable while getting my car repaired. I’m not too knowledge on cars, so it was great that they took the time to explain things to me and didn’t haggle me on getting a service done at all. I often hate going to car shops as I feel uncomfortable and feel like I don’t know what’s going on, but they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and begged my understanding on the service done to my tires. I believe the manager name’s was Chase, and he was phenomenal. Super friendly and made me feel welcome. You guys should give that man a raise if you haven’t already. Can’t wait to come back!

I believe Jay checked me in for my appointment and explained everything. I selected my tires online when scheduling my appointment and he assured me that they were a great fit for my car and a great tire, even though they weren't the most expensive option which I really appreciated. I also appreciated that he came back to let me know why the service was taking a bit longer than expected. He also answered questions related to keeping up with the maintenance of my vehicle even though the services weren't the reason for the visit today.

It was great but one of my lugs was stripped

Every guy was so nice at this Tire Kingdom! I came in with a flat tire and one of the technicians helped me figure out what was wrong and told me what to do. The gentleman checking me out when my car was finished was so nice to me and it was a pleasant experience overall. :)

Ed was amazing and very thoughtful in my emergency situation

The shop was Midas on Reading Rd. at Wm. H. Taft Rd. in Cincinnati. The servicing mechanic did not check all of the things that promised in the inspection. The tires were not checked or rotated. The mechanic who checked me in was very unprofessional. He let me stand at the front desk for over 2 minutes while he drank his coffee right in front of me. He did not say anything to let me know he would be taking care of me. When I gave the coupon he said What do you want me to do with that?

The gentleman at the front desk was no nonsense and explained everything thoroughly to me and made it at a reasonable price. I was given a projected finished time, that was ahead of the finished time given. The same gentleman offered to me to be able to store any perishable groceries in their fridge if needed as I shopped before getting my vehicle. Excellent service!
