Noticed I needed tires and stopped in the trusty NTB and they had good selection but also had best tires available. Tires is a life saving tool and you guys had me covered.

They did a poor job with the alignment. My truck still pulls to the right...

Everything was easy n smooth

The service there was bad. I asked to have my driver side back tire changed. Cost over $100 for one tire, dropped it off and came back 45 minutes later. I get into the car start driving down the road and realize my tires still feel funny. So I get out and check my tires and realize the changed the wrong tire..still had my bad tire on car. I bring it back and they keep New tire on wrong side and put my used tire where my new tire was supposed to go. very dissatisfied!!

The sales person was very friendly and did not try to oversale products.

I am a repeat customer for many years. NTB always has the best prices tires and services. I have been pleased with their service.

Sam Morris was able to find four cheap but new tires and honored a veterans discount. Upon installing four new tires, he discovered we needed new shocks and struts as well as a new kneeling system that broke. He offered to show me his discoveries, but my instincts believed him. We couldn’t afford struts or shocks at this time but we will make an appointment as soon as we can to return and have them installed. It took no time at all to install the four new tires and we are well pleased with the tires, the service and professionalism of both Sam and the other worker at the front desk. I didn’t catch his name My husband is paralyzed in a wheelchair and I must get our van safe to drive. We will return to do so.

Friendly staff

Although extremely busy, the store manager was courteous and informative. Some workers failed to show up for work and he had to mechanic this day. Nevertheless, he took the time he needed with each customer even though he was inundated with work.
