I took my Jeep in for a brake inspection. I was told by brakes where find. Then i was told I might need new tie rods. Schedule appointment to fixed the issue. When I brought my Jeep back in I told the owner I had a warranty on my Jeep. He then started to act confused and denied to fix the issue now. I will never go back again but I did get a new 4 set of ties and at least I have a lifetime warranty on them. Not good customer service

Staff was friendly as soon as I walked in, gave me the price for the services I needed and knocked the job out without trying to up sell or hassle.

Put the wrong oil filter on my 2013 Chrysler when I told them the engine in my car was a 2014 engine which requires a different oil filter
