Got what i asked and when I asked for it

Got new tires, good pricing. Needed brakes but they did not have in stick, Required an additional visit and then suggested price was a little higher, I alsohad to wait while they went and found parts at another location. Should have been in store already as they knew when I had my next appointment.

I always come to this location, but this time Chris was especially helpful. Also thanks to Josh and Luther!

Besides the ridiculous price, it went well. Saw the part delivered, got a call 10 minutes later that it was done. When I asked though to leave and go buy my own alternator they said the part was ordered and I couldnt do anything but wait. Asked what kind of alternator it was, had 0 idea. So they did do the job correctly as far as I can tell, except my battery terminal being fixed the backyard mechanic way. If you need it fixed asap okay, but shop around and price match.

tmb is okay for normal light-duty preventive maintenance items.

Chris was apologetic about the wait time. They were understaffed the afternoon I had booked my appointment.

Typical experience. Slow, try to sell you everything under the son.

Chris was fantastic. I had originally scheduled an appointment for Friday, but had to cancel. He helped me to reschedule my appointment while on the phone. On Monday, I arrived early for my appointment. They were able to start right away and were quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. They were also super sweet to my 9-month old son I brought with me. Will definitely be returning in the future!!
