A 4month old tire was losing pressure. I brought it the NTB on Albemarle rd (Charlotte,NC) where I punched it. They took me in right away, fixed a nail puncture, noted I might need a new battery, soon, and then I was done. Excellent, friendly service. Thank you !!!

JD was very busy, but took time to assist me on getting a nail removed and patched in my car tire. Took a little bit of time since he was the ONLY one working and answering phones.

Josh (JD) and his team at NTB are awesome professionals to say the least. The vehicle check-in was easy and the service desk was very patient and understanding. What distinguishes this NTB from others is the phone call I received from JD about the issues with my 2010 Toyota Prius. JD explained everything in detail of what he thought the issue was with the noise in the front end. Also when I arrived and spoke to JD, his professionalism was better than most! He showed me the front end of my vehicle and explained what was possibly causing the noise with the CV Axle and showed other areas that should be repaired for the longevity of my car. I will definitely be using their services for all of my vehicle repairs in the future. Top Notch service!!!

Josh is an outstanding mechanic and is the only person that I left work on my vehicle shop always clean well-organized and they get me in and out as quickly as possible.

the service manager asked me if i wanted additional service that they offered free of charge which i didnt know such as tire rotation i said yes and they took care of that so i was very pleased and the price was right so i told him i have a kia sorento which ill bring in soon
