It was right at 5:56pm and I had just gotten a flat and pulled in the parking lot and asked them if they could help me. Even though I did not purchase a tire and had them put my spare on they were great. The tech got me in and out. They didn’t have to help me because they were getting ready to close but they did! Thanks NTB!

The store manager was extremely helpful. I don't remember his name, but I know that he'd transferred to the area. I needed tires quickly as I needed to drive out of town. He took my information, found the right tires, and got the work performed quickly...all with a great attitude

i dealt with Chris and he was extremely courteous, helpful explaining the process-had great customer service skills. He worked with me to get the price that was on the online special.. i have been a customer of Discount Tire for over 20 years but NTB was able to give me a better deal and Chris worked with me to get the best deal for my money as i am retired and can't afford Michelin tires anymore.
