Chris was on the front desk and he was so pleasant to talk to and super helpful. I didn’t really know what product I should choose and he gave a great, simplified explanation. So nice to come into a shop where you leave feeling better than when you arrived and not because of the service but because of the customer service

JD was very professional on the phone and communicated exactly what the price included and did not include. He also explained why some charges were necessary such as the tire indicator change out of valve stems.

Tire replaced and didn't have to wait too long.

They are honest! I came in for a rotate and balance and my tires were worn out. They told me that I needed to replace my tires. They gave me a quote on tires and advised that I should wait on the tire balance because it was not worth spending the money on balancing those bad tires. I will be back to get tires soon.
