Great loved it they was very nice and explain everything

I came in with a "leaking tire" on a Saturday afternoon after 2PM. Rather than telling me they were "full for the day", he said let me take a look! It took time(which I totally understand) he said we can handle this! I WILL be back when I need tires again!

The manager, Tyler, comped my service needs this time due to a screw up that the technician made at the last appointment. The mistakes made last time were terrible, and Tyler did his best to mitigate the situation. I will likely return as long as he is there.

Labor rate is a bit high here, but they did a good job on my car as far as I can tell.

When I dropped my car off to get all new tires put on I walked next door to Home depot to pick up a few things and by the time I got back my car was already done. I never even saw them move my car but it already had the new tires in place. Amazing

Chris Chastain did great! He answered the phone in two rings, got me in for a tire repair same day as well as a rotation, balance and alignment. It took much less time than anticipated and Chris kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. Each interaction with Chris he was friendly and explained the pricing very well. Great experience and I will definitely use this location again!
