The representative was very friendly. And also explain to me what the technician that would be doing along with the oil change. I was very pleased with the service and I will return again.

The serviceman very nice. I came to get my tires balanced...not battery check. Serviceman showed me the wear on my tires. I need new tires, but couldn't afford to buy then. Since he couldn't balance, he did not charge me. (Good) The quote for 2 tires included fees that I don't need and the tires he quoted me were not the ones that I bought before, they were more expensive. (Bad). That is why service places have a bad reputation. I will get the right tires when I have money from NTB.

Quick service. My appointment was at 10am, I arrived at 9:45am I checked in added an additional service when I arrived and my vehicle was complete by 10:30am. Highly satisfied with the pricing as I received the same service elsewhere and the price was $20 higher than NTB.

The team did what was asked and no issue and they finally turned the oil due light off

Thorough, friendly, informative, and efficient. Came in to store expecting long wait... Not at all! Inspection, alignment, fluids topped off! On road again in 45 minutes. Great experience
