Leaking head gasket was not identified by technician. Other than this issue (I feel that it is an issue) the Tech was pleasant and quick with the oil change.

The guy at the desk was very courteous and helpful and the technicians were fast and professional. Everybody working on December 23rd 2022 deserves a promotion

Jeff is always great. However I came in with one headlight and asked about headlight replacement. To get it replaced was too much so I passed and when I left I had no headlights. I was too frustrated to go back

Convenience, friendly staff, ease of online scheduling, and availability of desired tires. At this time, I have no complaints pertaining to the service, product or employees.

Customer service was not up to par. Oil life gauge was not reset.

All I want was to swap to my winter tires, which are directional tires. I told them to put them on as if they were rotated from last year. They put the rear ones on backwards. Also they did not correctly set the tire pressure. I had to stand around and wait while they put the tires on the correct sides. But because of that the right side of Tires was not rotated.

Everything went rather smoothly. The guy at the front was super nice. This was by far the best service I have experienced at an auto service.

"People here are rude. They dont care about their customers. They let it show in front of customers that they dont want to do their job. They broke a lug nut off of the vehicle and basically didnt care that they broke it. The guy said "" it just broke"" had a dont care attitude. Now we have to go and get the lugs fixed elsewhere AND rotate the tires like they were supposed to be in the first place. Like they were supposed to do.... Seems to me like this store caters to certain people. Giving discount after discount after discount to an older black gentleman and offering not the first discount to my wife and mother in law whos stud the guy just broke off of the car. Color IS NOT an issue in my eyes, but apparently in theirs it is. They need training on customer relations and etiquette. Will not be returning to this store AT ALL."
