The sales desk was very helpful and the technician was very competent. I consistently take them my business because of their professionalism, work ethic and competitive pricing.

The wrong size tires were delivered for my vehicle..however the manager went out of his way to get me taken care of and back on the road. He exhibited outstanding professionalism ,honesty, integrity and knowledge. Therefore, due to this behavior I award high marks for the experience and the circumstances were beyond his control , resulting in a longer wait time. If he were my employee I would certainly recognize his efforts and award him accordingly.
