Had an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes in line at the front desk. An hour and a half later my car was ready. By the next day there was a large puddle of oil in my driveway. They neglected the put the drain plug gasket back on the car. Another trip back to Tire Kingdom, which by the way, was not the cleanest place I've ever been in.

Ken Racik did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Despite dealing with customers, phone calls, and technicians, he handled every issue with professionalism. I have never dealt with an individual in a business who went above and beyond to the extent Mr. Racik did in handling my issue. He was attentive, compassionate, and didn't try to take advantage of my ignorance regarding tire issues. I cannot thank him enough for everything he did for me. It is my hope that he receives a raise as I cannot think of anyone more deserving. NTB is fortunate to have him as part of their team.

Before I left my car they to be inspected they almost already knew what was wrong with the car.

I had another tire company explain to me that I needed both inner and outer tie rods as well as two new tires and this would cost me approximately $1000. I thought I would like a second opinion, and when I went to NTB, they explain to me that my tie bars were in perfect condition. They agreed that I needed two new tires and they gave me an alignment. Ken made sure that I was updated of all the facts. This company save me approximately $800 and gave me what I needed and nothing more. He did end up being a “Goodyear” in spite of the other shady company.

They were able to address my needs immediately after I arrived.
