They tried to charge a different amount from the previous quote given By phone. We have to wait 4hoirs to complete the job

Arthur, Alvin, Joel all great guys providing great customer service! I go out of my way to get my car fixed at this location.

I purchased and installed three Pirelli Scorpion Verde AS RFT tires. They also performed complete tire protection, including balance, rotate, etc., brake fluid exchange and they left three big charges.

Susan was very friendly and professional. I was actually late to my appointment because of the time change and they did not make that a problem at all. They were very professional and kind.

The members of NTB did not complete service in time as promised. Not to mention I also had an appointment. Disappointing.

I appreciate the service technician expertise and performance of their duties but spending 6 to 7 hours wait time is utterly ridiculous.

They did my brakes and changed my headlight bulbs. Service is always fast and the staff is always top notch

I asked why my gauge light was on and the guy said I would go off after driving for a few minutes.Well I went to Biloxi and when I got back it was still on so I put my tire gauge on every tire.One of my tires had 14 psi like how did they not check the tires..!! I couldve had a fatal accident like that..

The staff is very knowledgeable and always service my vehicle as if it was their own.

This car was totaled back in November, 2018. The insurance company scrapped it. Whoever is reporting this as serviced is running a scam.

I had a 4:30 appt, I arrived at 4:20, & I was told at 5:45 that there was only one tech at work, & he was currently working on a car, and would be another hour or so. I told the manager that I was going out town the next morning, but if they could get me in first, I would leave a little later. He told me they were full that morning, & I couldn't be accommodated at that time. So they didn't honor my appt, and wouldn't accommodate me the next morning. No need to go back there
