The issues with my car was explained to me in a way I could understand and they were able to start work today

Tom and his crew helped me and my wife out of a jam.Her car,which was nearby to Midas in Stow, would not start although the battery was OK. They moved the car to the shop and had it repaired by the next day. They replaced the starter. They also worked with our extended warranty carrier so all we had to pay was a $100 deductible.They were fast, efficient and courteous.

Robert Casse was the sales associate who helped us. Very knowledgeable and very helpful! A++ for his service.

Excellent Customer Service, Wait time was a little long but it was a Saturday and I had an appt. Overall the technicians was knowledgable.

The staff went above and beyond for me. They made sure to explain everything clearly. They informed me of the other items my car needed without pressuring me to add more service options in that moment. They were patient and friendly with every other customer as well, overall very exceptional service. Chuck and Susan handled my appointment and were wonderful!

Price caught me off guard. Westbank location quited me a price on my warranty but had no one to service me. So I went on Washington avenue and paid $24 more than quoted price. Courteous, and clean.

The environment was very clean and sanitary. The communication was perfect and clear to understand. It was all around perfect and amazing and good recommendations for oil types as well
