They charged me $850 to fix a noise on the steering column. They replaced control arms by mistake because they couldn't figure out the noise is only from the steering middle shaft and it only needs grease! After the control arms replacement, still, I had noise on the steering. I found a youtube video and fixed my steering noise for $5! Just put some grease on the steering middle shaft! They are cheaters!

This time met promptly and the car was taken right away!

Very poor customer service!

I came in with a dead battery and no appointment and I was immediately given attention, a solution, and, after testing and an attempted charge did not work, a new battery because of a warranty. Phil made the process smooth and he was so pleasant when I know he was extremely busy. This is now my favorite Tire Kingdom location.

They worked on the wrong set of tires so I had a flat the next morning and couldnt go to work. I had to sit in the waiting area for 2 more hours while the same idiot worked on my vehicle. And the manager was rude and unsympathetic to my concerns. Poorly run business.

Phil Gomes was knowledgable, polite and on top of things without pressuring me and was very quick to respond to my little problem. He solved it immediately.

Poor services , poor customer service

The staff were friendly and welcoming . I was surprised it took only 35 mins to get my new tires on . The staff member explained the warranty and that it comes with lifetime balancing and rotation which I was unaware of . Very happy with my experience and how well staff treated me and how quick they got the job complete .

Brought car in to repair a punctured tire. Technician repaired the tire but did not tighten the valve stem core or replace valve stem cap. Tire went flat again and I had to return to Tire Kingdom thinking it still needed repair. Sloppy workmanship. Manager's excuse was that they get busy and mistakes happen. Unacceptable excuse. BTW, the battery charging system was not checked as indicated.
