Dependable and reliable service

The sales associate found me tires at a price that was lower than I had been looking at. They were ordered and available the next day. Work started on the car as soon as I dropped it off and completed in a timely fashion.

People were friendly. They got me right in at my appointment time.

Had an unexpected flat tire and Phil put the spare on and helped replace the tire first thing in the morning, made a bad inconvenience better for me

Some confusion regarding appt time. Took longer than estimated.

Firstly, the duty manager extended me the courtesy of changing my flat tire and putting on my spare, at no charge. then, allowed me to drop off my vehicle for service the following morning. He updated me during the evaluation, offered me options and notified me when it was ready. Courteous and informative. Prompt attention with minimal waiting.

Made appointment, had me in and diagnosed quickly. Shop manager went over the problem, fair estimate for parts and labor. Very satisfied with whole process, and will return for any future needs.

Done fairly quickly, bulb replaced. They don't take local checks, though.

Put tires on quickly for me

I find Tire Kingdom always provides great service. In this case, due to a staff shortage, I had to wait overnight to get my car back...thus the 4 starts rather than 5.
